This a Norfolk & Western EMD SD35 O-GUAGE High Nose Locomotive.The EMD SD35 is a model of 6-axle diesel electric locomotive built by General Motors Electro-Motive Division between June 1964 and January 1966. 

This model from Atlas trains is a 3-rail TMCC powered train equipped with Lionel Trainmaster command system and Railsounds 4.0 and also with Engineer on Board (EOB) speed control, this locomotive sounds and operates as good as it looks.
